چکیده
Abstract Aims To reveal the relationship between thickness of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) and levels adiponectin, leptin, interleukins (IL) IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IL-33 in blood serum patients with myocardial infarction. Materials methods A total 119 ST-segment elevation infarction (MI) who signed voluntary informed consent were examined. The left right ventricles (LV EAT RV EAT, respectively) was assessed using magnetic resonance imaging on an Exelart Atlas 1.5 MR tomograph (Toshiba, Japan). concentration studied parameters determined by ELISA method 1st 12th days hospitalization: adiponectin leptin (BioVendor, USA), (eBiosciens, USA). Statistical analysis performed Statistica 9.0. Results LV 6.3 (4.7; 9.5) mm, 6.8 (4.9; 0.6) mm. concentrations day 7.72 (6.5; 13.0) μg/ml, 7.48 (5.98; 12.5) ng/ml, IL-6 14.5 (11.6; 21.8) pg/ml, IL-10 1.9 (0.7; 2.5) IL-12 128.7 (66.4; 182.0) 5.6 (3.4; 7.2) ng/ml. On day, there increase level times, 2 a decrease 1.6 1.4 times 1.3 times. Correlation revealed following serum: (r=−0.29; p=0.01), 12st (r=0.36; p=0.03), (r=−0.64; p=0.046), (r=0.24; p=0.04). correlated (r=−0.59; p=0.01). Conclusions data obtained indicate presence morphometric characteristics adipocytokine profile MI. Based this, we can conclude about ability markers under study to reflect their potential use for development correcting pathological activation Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Background Death anxiety is a concerning and threatening issue among patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). Self-esteem is considered as an internal factor against the inherent fear of approached death. Objective The present study aimed to determine the relationship between death anxiety and self-esteem among patients with AMI. Methods A total of 216 patients with AMI hospitalized ...
متن کاملRelationship between epicardial adipose tissue thickness and vitamin D in patients with metabolic syndrome.
INTRODUCTION Metabolic syndrome is a systemic disorder and manifests as a group of conditions including abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension and coronary artery disease. The importance of epicardial adipose tissue has been proven through recognition of its contribution to inflammation by pro-inflammatory cytokine discharge. Several investigations have been performed on vitamin D recept...
متن کاملRelationships between epicardial adipose tissue thickness and adipo-fibrokine indicator profiles post-myocardial infarction
BACKGROUND Determination of the impact of visceral obesity and epicardial adipose tissue thickness on stimulating growth factor levels during hospitalization for myocardial infarction is of potential importance for predicting outcomes and assessing the development of cardiofibrotic changes associated with maladaptive myocardial remodeling. In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship...
